It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years old (18) to be or remain in or upon any of the streets, alleys, parks or public places in the Borough of West Conshohocken at night after the hour of 10:30 pm.

It is the duty of the parent, guardian or person having legal custody to make sure that minor children under the age of eighteen (18) are not out after 10:30 pm. Repeated violations of curfew shall be subject to a summary fine of not more than $300.00 to the parent, guardian, or person having legal custody of such minor who is in violation of the Borough code section 44.1.
